All of the rental cars are fully insured ensuring that you have no worries. There is no need to check for damage on collection and on return there will be no charges and no inspection.

It is illegal to use a mobile phone whilst driving in Portugal and if caught you will be fined €600.
Seat belts must be worn at all times by the driver and passengers failure to comply will result in a fine of €120.
If caught throwing litter from a car you will be fined €300.
Undertaking on the motorway will result in a fine up to €1250.
Usually one day car rental in Portugal is for a 24 hour period which may be extended for a maximum of 2 hours in the event of unforeseen circumstances through no fault of the customer. Exceeding the rental period will result in a charge for an extra day. We do not ask for proof that that when the hire period is exceeded for up to two hours that the customer is not at fault trusting our customers in this regard.
Driver must be 23 years old or older. Must have held a full valid driving license for more than two years.
